Biography

Panagiotis Iordanopoulos is a Civil Engineer with an MSc in Transportation Engineering. He has been working as a Research Associate at the Hellenic Institute of Transport of the Center for Research and Technology Hellas since 2010. His research interests and expertise include Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS), Data Collection and Analysis, Transport Planning, Traffic Modelling, Transport Economics and Sustainable Urban Mobility. Panagiotis has written more than 15 scientific papers, which have been published in Greek as well as international scientific journals and presented at international conferences. He has also co-authored chapters in two books related to ITS and their evaluation.
