ITS6: Financial incentives and business and procurement models for C-ITS deployment

This course explains the concepts of business models, value networks and business ecosystems. These concepts help in the management and take-up of C-ITS services. The course also presents tools to manage a business ecosystem and the ways and means for C-ITS procurement. There are four sessions in this course: 1) Business models; 2) Value networks and business ecosystems; 3) Ecosystem management tools; 4) A simplified example on procurement. The concepts and tools presented in this course are necessary to tackle the complexity of C-ITS.
